A cognitive model for adopting ITIL framework to improve IT services in Indian IT industries
(IOS Press BV, 2020) Rasbihari Dayal; V. Vijayakumar; Rahul Chandra Kushwaha; Abhishek Kumar; V.D. Ambeth Kumar; Ankit Kumar
This research paper presents a cognitive model which manages to minimize the issues of the Information Technology Infrastructure by incorporation of service management practices. The importance of this research is that this model can be replicated in other companies for the distribution of products that wish to implement improvements in their management process technological services. This work introduces the use of Information Technology Infrastructure Library or ITIL as best practice, essential methodologies for IT Management, historical evolution, methodology, service life cycle, and ITIL certifications. Service automation is widely regarded as the usefulness and improves service guarantee. One of the most useful features of automation services is that the process will run the same way every time. Such precision in the execution of repetitive executions is virtually impossible when it comes to human labor. Therefore, the automation is the best way to improve the efficiency of the service provider and the next steps of the process. © 2020 - IOS Press and the authors. All rights reserved.

E-textbook enrichment using graph based e-content recommendation
(American Scientific Publishers, 2020) Rahul Chandra Kushwaha; Achintya Singhal; Anupam Biswas
This paper presents a novel computational technique for the enrichment of E-textbook using the recommendation of the open courseware, YouTube Videos, Wikipedia articles, Slideshare, Geogebra Applets and other relevant web contents. The research work is based on NCERT secondary class mathematics E-Textbook to improve the learning deficiency by enrichment of the book using augmentation of the relevant web contents. The text mining tool is used for the enrichment of the E-textbook using the relevant E-resources available from the web. A phrase graph based algorithmic framework has been developed to extract the mathematical concepts from the E-textbook and recommend the E-contents to the enrichment of the E-textbook. The proposed method provides more precise and relevant recommendations in comparison to the available methods. © 2020 American Scientific Publishers.

Impact on students' achievement in teaching mathematics using geogebra
(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc., 2014) Rahul Chandra Kushwaha; Praveen Kumar Chaurasia; Achintya Singhal
The paper presents the effects of dynamic mathematics software GeoGebra on student achievement in teaching of geometry at secondary stage. The sample has been taken on 40 students of control group and 40 students of experimental groups. The control group was received teaching by traditional way, i.e. Without using any software while experimental group was received teaching by dynamic learning software Geogebra. The data has been collected. On analysis, it found that there are some meaningful differences between the score of control and experimental groups. The study shows that experimental group has better achievement which had received instruction by geogebra in comparison to control group in which lesson was taken without software technology. © 2014 IEEE.

This paper presents the learning pattern analysis of online learning management system Moodle. The experimental work was carried out in Banaras Hindu University, India on the students of three years post graduate course on Computer Application. The comparative study has done on learning patterns of the students on tradition pedagogy with online pedagogy through the learning management system. The Moodle data analytics tool was used for the purpose of reporting students’ data. The results of students learning performance were compared and analyzed using t-test, content analysis and various other mining and analytics tools. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2019.
