dc.description.abstractIn doped semiconductors, the resonant scattering of phonons by bound donor electrons at low temperatures in the deformation potential approximation, rigorous theories, both perturbative, and non- perturbative (Green's function), are available. With this aim in view the resonant scattering of phonons in Sb-and As- doped Ge has been examined.
