| dc.description.abstract | Complexes of pyridine N-oxide, 2-, 3-, 4-methyl-, 2,6-dimethyl-pyridine N-oxides and m- and p-chloroanilines with zinc(II) chloride, bromide, and iodide have been shown by molecular conductance, and i.r. (down to 222 cm. -1) spectral measurements to have tetrahedral structures in the solid state. Assignments for the Zn-O, Zn-N and Zn-X modes have also been made. | |
