The combined effects of Hall current and plate temperature oscillation on the hydromagnetic free convective flow past a vertical infinite porous plate in a rotating fluid are considered. The expressions for the velocity and temperature fields are derived, and the effects of various parameters on the velocity and shear stress are determined. The primary shear stress increases and the secondary shear stress decreases with an increase in the Hall parameter m whereas the primary and secondary shear stresses increase with an increase in the frequency of the plate temperature oscillation.
