Abstract
The lectotype of the name Clematis andersonii, designated by Wang Wen-Tsai in 2000, is studied, further narrowed to a single specimen by second-step lectotypification. The paper also discusses the discrepancies in the author citation of the name C. andersonii used in the literature. © 2025 Wiley-VCH GmbH.
