| dc.description.abstract | Pyrrole-2-thiocarboxamide, HNC4H3C(S)NH2 (ptca), complexes having 1:2 metal-ligand stoichiometry have been prepared and cnaracterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance, magnetic 1 13 susceptibility, electronic, esr, ir and nmr ( H and C) spectral studies. Tetrahedral stereochemistry around Co(II), Ni(ll), Zn(ll), Cd(II) andHg(H) and five coordinate geometry around Cu(ll) have been proposed on the basis of magnetic and spectral studies. © 1992, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
