Abstract
A rare case of cystic tuberculosis, showing widespread multicyclic lesions in the long bones of the upper and lower limb is presented. The lesions were bilaterally symmetrical and associated with sclerosis of the bones. The primary focus was in the lungs. The cervical and mediastinal group of lymph nodes and the liver were also involved in the disease process. The uncommon findings included gross sclerosis of the involved bones and the diaphyseal location of the lesions.
