Pasteurization of milk and effective treatment of tuberculosis have greatly reduced the incidence of upper gastrointestinal tuberculosis. When it does occur, it is commonly mistaken for peptic ulcer disease, Crohn's disease or neoplasm, both clinically and radiologically. This paper reports a case of isolated duodenal tuberculosis; a very rare entity.
