Lattice parameters of cadmium oxide at elevated temperatures

Abstract

The lattice parameters of cadmium oxide at elevated temperatures were measured with a Unicam 19 cm dia. powder camera. The results of the measurements are expressed in the parabolic equation, at = 4.6937 + 62.07 × 10-6 T + 6.08 × 10-9 T2 + 1.23 × 10-12 T3 and the expression for thermal expansion is also derived. © 1969.
