| dc.description.abstract | Oxytocin (OT) is normally a neurohormone stored and secreted from posterior pituitary. It has been postulated to facilitate reproduction at several levels and is traditionally considered as a female hormone. Within male reproductive tract, the presence of OT was demonstrated in the testes, epididymis and prostrate. Thus the aim of this study was to elucidate the role of OT in spermatogenic and steroidogenic activities in the testes of mice. | en_US |
