Organocatalyzed epoxidation in the total synthesis of (?)-trans-, (+)-trans- and (+)-cis-disparlures

The pivotal reaction sequence comprises organocatalyzed asymmetric J�rgensen epoxidation, Wittig olefination, migration of epoxide and Mitsunobu inversion reaction.
