Abstract

The complex networking of signalling pathways like DNA damage, DNA repair, apoptosis, differentiation and proliferation, coordinates the fate of the cell at different developmental stages of spermatogenesis. An integrated DNA repair pathways exits in the human genome to repair a variety of DNA damage in somatic and germ cells.
