Seedling of Spondias mangifera were raised. Nodal explants were used to raise in vitro plantlets through the protocol developed by Tripathi and Kumari(2012). Leaf segments from in vitro raised plantlets were used as explants to induce callusing. Inoculation of leaf explants were done on Murashige and Skoog's medium supplemented with various auxins and cytokinins either alone or in combinations.en_US
