The Department of Applied Arts was established in 1963 at the Faculty of Visual Arts, BHU. The department runs various courses viz. Under Graduate - BFA (4 year 8 semester Course), Post Graduate - MFA (2 Year 4 semester Course), and PhD in Applied Arts. In addition, Diploma and Certificate Courses are also being offered for One Year, Six Months, and Two Months.
